I am yet another victim for Tikona's pathetic support and billing issues

I am completely dis-satified with the pathetic support provided by Tikona services.
New Tikona connection was activated on 8th Jan 2012, it was working OK on that day.
After that it did not even work for single day, always i was getting "LImited service or no connectivity".
The technical person collected Rs1100 on 8th Jan and activated the service.
After 8th Jan, it never worked worked for me.
Whenever I call up customer care service team, they always say that they would be sending techinal person - which never happened till date.
Inspite of n number of calls and emails no action has been taken from the service team.
I had requested for termination on 23rd Jan, they just acknowledged, till now no one has come and taken out the device.
On top of this, I had received the bill for the month Jan 2012.
I am suprised to see the bill of Rs 1334.31
When I reached Customer care, they explained the breakup as below..,
1> Installation charges - Rs 500
2> Jan month bill - Rs260.71 (As though not used for single day !!)
3> Advance bill for Feb = Rs 449 (even after termination requested on jan 23rd 2012 and acknowledged by tikona)
4> Service Tax : 124.60
Finally they said that the concerned department shall correct the bill and refund as applicable.
From yesterday I have already started getting calls from tikona service for bill payment , but not for termination purpose.
I am fed up in calling and mailing to customer care. Even I had mailed to nodal officer, but still there is no action taken to take out their device and refund my money back as applicable.
I am hoping to get quick attention from Tikona atleast now !! (apart from getting standard acknowledgement email) !!!!!
