We have applied for Tikona Broad band connection on 03 Oct 11 in the name of Mr saket Garg resident of Roshna Tower 503 Balaji Nagar Siripuram Visakhapatnam. as per the company law they are suppose to activate the connection within 03 worknig day as the application is on the date of 03 Oct 11 its already passed 05 days, after the calling the company employ that why the connection is not been avtivated they are telling that the server is down we can not do any thing when again aprroaching to the company employ what is further move they are telling that the problem same. Sir as we are the bussiness class family we are facing a lot of problem but the comany employ are not listening us we arre also telling him that if you are unable to give the connection then return the money again they are telling that it will take one or two days, now sir we want to our money back what i should do.

I had requested for Tikona connection on tikona website on 7 Oct 2011. Immediately I got a call from a person named Pramod Pujari and he promised me that he will give demo and install the connection on the same day i.e. 7th Oct 2011. He did sent a person for the demo but he refused to install saying that our office is close now and I will activate/install your connection tomorrow in the afternoon. When I called him the next day , he said you will get the connection by 3.30 P.M. After which he stopped picking up my call for next 2 days. Then I got the contact no. of Mr. Rajesh dubey (City head - tikona) from a tikona sales person and I called him on 11th Oct and explained him the same. He assured me that by evening, my connection will be installed. But nobody came in the evening also and when I called Mr. Rajesh Dubey, he is not picking up my call too, I have even sms him twice regarding the status. Add to that, I am getting calls every day for tikona's demo, although I have already paid for the connection. My worst exp. with any company .. let alone broadband. I have suffered a lots of harrasment from Tikona. I think Gov. should intervene in broadband sectors and ban this Tikona. Many of my friends have similar problems with Tikona.

Now I want my money back asap. I paid 1000 in cash to your representative.
He also took my Father's photographs. I fear it could be misused and I want them back too.
If I don't get any positive reply from your side, I will be force to move to the respectable court for giving me justice.
