My Account number is 1105261828, I have ordered Tikona Prepaid broadband service and payment was been done by cheque first which was notified as bounced ,even though there was no error and cheque was dated 31/12/2011,and i have received a bounce message from your end before 31st Dec,
So i asked to return the cheque and i Had made a payment in cash (Rs.3400) to your executive nilesh, I got the connection on cash payment next day,But you have re-deposited the cheque which was cleared on 5th Jan and you were supposed to be return to me and you debited the amout.
So I have not yet got the Refund for the same,
I have sent all details of bank statement and also scanned copy of both application reciept,
I have spoke to customer support numerous time and raised a compliant no solution provided till now,
This is cheating customer and Bad Customer Service
If you provide this type of service no cutomer will go for long term broadband service with you company,Please refund my money.
