Myself alok mishra from vaishali,ghaziabad & I'm a victim of Tikona.

My bad time started from 18th Jan 2012, when i took Tikona Broadband.
I dint even get any demo on the service at the date of installation but i applied for it because of the damn assuarance of the booking agent.
Filled the form, paid the amount in advance. at the fifth day,22 january 2012 i got the connection. At the same day, i tried so many times to login to it. But failed every time.Even The lightest page in the history GOOGLE SEARCH was not even got open.
I report it to the customer care department,So i applied for disconnection & refund same day. They committed me that within 10 days i'll get the full refund.
Yesterday they have generated a Bill which says i have to pay the bill of total amount 1235.18 Rs.
Till now neither i got a proper installation nor tech support. When i ask for refund i got another Bill & reminder mail to pay the bill.
I used to call them frequently
If you speak to them politely they will put you on hold for at least 30 min and then redirect you to different dep
I've used so many internet services. Everywhere their are some problem, but sooner or later i got the service.
But Tikona is unique. Their objective is different, their process is totally different.
During these 14 days, I became very familiar to Tikona work culture. And i came to know that Tikona will give a new definition to service provider company.
