Recently I applied for a Tikona Broadband connection with below details.

Documents submitted: Rental agreement, PAN card, a Photo
I paid 2300 Rupees to the executive who came from Tikona. Then after 3 days a technician came to my place and said that we don't have network coverage here, so we won't be able to provide you the connection. He said that my money will be refunded within 20 days. Then after I called them to know the status of my refund. They confirmed my name as Ronak Korat and said that it's still in process. I waited for some more time. And again I called them on 18th Dec, 2011. On that day they said that this connection is on the name of Sampath (actually I don't know anyone named Sampath). I don't know How the name got changed in between this time. Now there will be a problem again when Tikona will send a cheque on the name of Sampath. So better to solve it before it happens.
Now whenever I'm calling Tikona customer care, they are asking to send a mail to them including my complaint. I wrote a mail with all my problems and after that 2 times I sent mail for updates. But NO reply at all.
Even after all this, I don't have any status of my refund. Please refund my money back as soon as possible
