Since last 10 days I have complained about the poor intenet connectivity and in this regard i have informed to the Company's representative Shri Amit, over Phone no.09674727827 several times. He is responsible for maintenance of Tikona tower at my premises at Shantikunj Complex, 20, Round tank lane, Block-D, Howrah 711101.

On every occassion he made false committment that the uninterrupted linkage will be resumed shortly.I have informed that there is cable fault in between the tower and my desktop computer.
Even after long chase he did't turned up and gave me an alternate number which has never responded my call. I have also tried on toll free number severally which is also not getting connected. Now, Mr. Amit is also not responding to my calls which is highly frustrating and embrassing situation for me.

Currently I am in doldrum and not able to find the right official who can resolve the issue
Since I am dealing in stock market, proper internet service is a must for my business purposes and the poor service is affecting me financially.
