I am new user of TiKona Services, from Delhi. I Applied for the Tikona Broadband online on 12/1/2012 , and sales person come to my place on 13/1/2012 and collect money from me Rs.1200 cash for the plan BB549, my application No. is "50000019513387" and my register mobile no is "9899356478". The sales person told me they will install broadband within 2 days. but it has been passed 5 days and no one is come to my place to install broadband and sales(Mr. Rajesh: 9310315764) person is not picking my phone.
and when i called customer care on 16/1/2012 he said that connection will install at 17/1/2012 and when I call on 17/1/2012 (complain no: 1-2102309632) he told me we don’t have broadband device he will take another 24 hours
and when I called today customer care told me that we received your request on 17/1/2012 so that we will take 24-72 hours. And when I asked them to speak to their senior person they disconnect the phone.
Tikona Customer care service is the most worst service I ever seen in my life. Tikoca seems to be not serious in their business the want only money from customers and don’t want to give their service.
Before using Tikona Broadband I am facing lots of problem, I have totally internet based business and I have loss thousand of rupees due to delay of Tikona installation. Now who is gonna to bear my loss ?
They said on their website & flayers they installation will take 2days. If no one take action against my complain than I am planning to go to consumer court in Delhi. On the behalf of my loss which occurs through delay in Tikona installation at my home.
