Dear Sir/Madam,
I raised a request for disconnection of tikona broadband service in Oct 2011.
Also I sent a email to customercare@tikona.in and i called customer care as well for this issue.
I asked tikona people to send somebody to collect modem and final payment since I am no longer using their broadband service.
But they have not sent any one and still sending bills with added late fee, Afterwards I have called many times to tikona customer care and still not got any success, they people just out us on hold after asking they are transferring our call to another dipartment.
Kindly do needful this is not right way to earn money.
