My name is Puneeth Kumar Jain. I opted for Tikona Broadband services on 12th May 2010 after the sales executive assuring me for the services and paid Rs. 530/- towards installation charges but on 15th May 2010 when the technical executive arrived for installation, he said there is no network coverage and I must claim the refund.
From then till now, Tikona have not refunded my amount. Even after following up from more than a month I got different replies from the customer care executives such as the cheque is sent through courier & will be receiving in few days and after few days they said the cash is being sent and I will be receiveing it today. Later they said the complaint was considered & it will take another month etc etc........
They have been harrassing me with different reasons every day & have not bothered to give any response about where my money is.
Being fed up I also reached to there Nodal Officer & Tribunal but they too have not taken any interest in refunding my money.
PLEASE HELP ME and take the necessary action.
