    Default Tikona broadband services

    My name is Puneeth Kumar Jain. I opted for Tikona Broadband services on 12th May 2010 after the sales executive assuring me for the services and paid Rs. 530/- towards installation charges but on 15th May 2010 when the technical executive arrived for installation, he said there is no network coverage and I must claim the refund.

    From then till now, Tikona have not refunded my amount. Even after following up from more than a month I got different replies from the customer care executives such as the cheque is sent through courier & will be receiving in few days and after few days they said the cash is being sent and I will be receiveing it today. Later they said the complaint was considered & it will take another month etc etc........

    They have been harrassing me with different reasons every day & have not bothered to give any response about where my money is.

    Being fed up I also reached to there Nodal Officer & Tribunal but they too have not taken any interest in refunding my money.

    PLEASE HELP ME and take the necessary action.

    Thumbs down Tikona Company is fraud

    Hi,

    I have terminited my Tikona Broadband services on 31 May 2010.
    I have also returned all equipments. After calling several times to call center I have not receive any call regarding my refund.
    As per sales man I have paid 2800 Rs. for three months in advance opting plan 850 unlimited and free installation.
    But as per bill I received I have been charged for installation. I have not even used the services for a month. I have raised several tickets but no resolution yet.

    The reason I have disconnected because there was problem since day one. The service provided is pathetic. Now today I have again received bill for 543. Instead of giving me refund back they are charging me for which I have not even using.

    Could you please advice or help how I can get my refund back?

    Default trikona taken money without service

    after getting good internet offer, i had opted for trikona broad band connection
    their service person had promised me to give the internet connection on
    20.03.2010.
    which he never gave, after that he even stopped taking my calls.
    i had posted the complain in their forum.
    With reference to my application no 50000000670717,
    which they told that they will refund back the money back but now there is no reply
    please let me know how I can get my money back.
