Hi Consumer court team,
My Tikona user id is 1103901374 and I am facing so many issues with the services of Tikona broadband.
I raised so many requests for resolution of the slow network and network down most of the time since last 3-4 month mostly on regular basis.
Even after many mails and calls they have not resolved these issues now I have raised another request of discontinue of the broadband services but they are not disconnected my services even after so many follow-up.
I raised a first request on 12-Jan-12 then I raised a similar request on 26-Jan-12 and at last on 29-jan-12.
I don’t know why they are taking this much time to disconnect the same.
Please help me to resolve this issue as I have to pay the bill till the time this connection have disconnected.
