Hi, This is Srikanth., i have taken tikona service mid of April 2010. Ever since i took the connection i have slow speed problems, I have raised millions of compliants and end of the day nothing happens. Every time one of the customer care executive tells service engineer will resolve in 24 hrs, nobody calls or nothing happens. I am fed up of this service. They really cheat you. One time they said engineer has visited the place and problem is resolved. Nobody visited. They will tell all the stories possible.I have FULL799 plan. On an average i only get 200-300 kbps, they promised me 600 Kbps. Sometimes there is no connection at all.
Also the wireless device is made in china. So you know how it is. The wireless device receives signals at only one place in my apartment, which is in center of the hall. How could any idiot have device there. The signal strength is week. Tikona executives also gives you all the false promises which never happens. In vain i quit wasting time. New users please dont get fooled like me or anybody. I have taken screenshots of low speed problems from last two months.
