I have started using tikona connection from august 2011. after three days from trile net connection brake in between downloading any file/ attachment. then i have called to custemer care, and received same answer, "will do that. will send our executive today" but till today the executive has not reached to my address.
After i called who is sell net conectin to me. that person also answer " that is not our issu, you call to c.c".
i have send mail to noida, but nobody came or call for connection problem.
But for billing tikona is very punctual as I am being receiving around 5 calls per day.
but executive never listen our issues, Each and every call executive will tell Thank you very much and cut the call.
So i did not want your conection, you can take your modam and give my refund.
