I have taken tikona connection 2 weeks back, I was able to connect without problem for just only one week, after that till today, the internet is not at all connecting in my PC. It always says limited or no connectivity. Hardly after enabling and disabling the Adapter 'n' number of times, for just 5- 15 minutes I may get the internet. After that again it disconnects. I am finding really a hard time. Have raised complaint to customer care, they told me two times that engineer will come in 24 hours, but I never seen any engineer till now. I don’t know what’s wrong with this.
Can you please do something, else tell me the procedure to disconnect the tikona connection and refund my 1000rs money back. I will look for a better ISPs.
Am staying in BTM 1st stage Bangalore.
