Hi,

I booked Tikona connection and got the nano modem withn 2 days and was working fine. Now i have requested for a CPE modem. The probelm is that they have taken away my nano modem and no CPE was replaced for that. To worsen the situation, the modem rental has been caharged for last 2 months.
I have raised complain to Tikona customer care as follows:

1-367991135 Closed after 1.5 months and no resolution provided (raised on 23rd march)
1-523902103 Opened after the previous one was closed (raised on 11th May)

I have called the customer care 21 times but to no result. Everytime they say that the executive will visit my premises tomorrow or next working day

Can anybody help me in the regard?
