Dear Tikona Representative,

If you are listening @ this forum then i would like to raise an issue regarding customer care service of tikona. It is very much pathetic and ridiculous. If we call @ customer care then i will take around 10 min to pick up the call and user's have to keep on waiting. Even they are not properly listening and asked to hold the line and all off sudden you come to know your call got disconnected by customer care person. Most of the time they didn't give the complain no and after ward if you call then the new person told that there were no complain filled by you. It means after 10 min's efforts you are result less.
This happens with me 4-5 times.

Is any one help me out.
