    Default Tikona Customer Complaint Response

    I'm a user of Tikona & risides at Wadgaon Sheri at pune. I had launched a complaint against the speed, which was promised by tikona of 1 MBPS.
    Call ID:- 1-2071327955
    User Registation No:- 1102653164.

    I registered a complaint against speed 2 days ago & the customer execitive Mr. Chetan assured that it would be rectificted within at max 48 hours as our service engineer will visit your location & resolve the issue. But its very embarassing that till now no one ever visited our house to resolve the issue.

    Is this a kind of service guaranteed by tikona?
    Is this is a kind of assurance given by tikona?

    If some one is seeing my post please help me, as i have been cheated by tikona for their service.

    As per your reply on this thread, i want few clearification on this statement provided by you.

    Is there any base usage fare which ends by 150GB? If that so when i had a conversation with tikona sales team & they said that with only your plan there is no base usage fare for plan XQFUL1Mbps. Which might be recorded as per tikona policy & can be hear. Kindly let me know about this.
