Sir,
A company by the name tikona network which I have taken as my ISP is not delivering to what it promised leading me in an awkward situation that I am finding difficult to come out of.
Its network is always down and they further allege that internet has been used by me.
the person concerned never picks up the pjone nor they provide me with any value added service .
They in turn have already collected the cheque from me and are harassing me by not providing me with the promised service..
the concerned company person never picks up the phone.
the customer care service is of no help at all.
Though they claim that my complaint is regarded as urgent but even after 10 days this so called urgent mail has elicited no response from them that could satisfy the basic service, let alone the value added service.
