hello sir my name is abhay ramteke before 4 month i decided to take internet connection so i called mumbai info they suggest me for tikona some executive was come to me and told me the various plans i took ULNT649 in which the speed is 600kbps(tarrif paid) he told me it is unlimited u are getting the same speed as mention in brochure they installed the modem at my home but not the tikona antivirus i called them lot of times but nobody is responding from their side and i am not getting the same speed whenever i used the internet i check the speed first i was in the range of 250-350kbps only and they called me for bill i told them first solve my problem then i will pay the money

please not to take the any plan from tikona from my experience
