I subscribed to Tikona Digital Networks on 26-november-2011. I subscribed for the circuit breaker 1199 plan. The person came for the demo, told me that bill will not exceed Rs1499. On 26-December-2011 I got a bill of Rs.2410 and when I called Tikona, they told me that the bill limit will not exceed Rs. 1499 after excess use. This was not told to me while the demo. I talked to a senior officer and asked for the reversal of Rs.1059 which was the excess use as the product broucher states that "MAXIMUM GUARENTEED BILL-1499".
This is really dis-appointing and I asked for a call back for further info and there is no action.
