Dear Sir/Madam
It complaint is about above said company named Tikona Digital Networks which is an internet service providers and my ID number with the company is 1100645253, i get installed the connection of the same company on 19th March 2010 at my residance B-1599, Ground Floor, Shastri Nagar, Delhi-110052. It was working rarely upto 24th March i contacted at their customer care centre so many times but they do not respond. At the time of installation i also give a cheque of Rs. 500 which they commited that this amount will be waived off in next two bills with Rs. 250 in each bill, but after 24th March the connection is not responding till date and on 27th March i gave request for disconnection. They said that they will get it done but they do not do this now they are generating bills on every month i am getting massages from their side but do not got any hard copy of bill till date last massage which i got was there about outstanding of Rs. 1239. I called them and say that you waive off my bill which i do not use thay said ok but called me again and again to deposit the same amount in the mean while i stopped the payment of the cheque issue to them due to non service, because i do not get service after 24th March. No any of their person visit or call me for the same problem. They never respond i only call tham to do something to solve this issue but they people only call to irritate and giving warnings to do the bill payment.
Last month around 20th May their one person come and said that NANO device was not working and change it but the connection was suspended from their back end and they said that it will start when you will pay the entire bill.
My question to them only this why should i pay their bill and to stop irritating me again and again?
Please help me in this matter as soon as possible.
