I had paid Rs.1200 to Tikona digital networks employee Mr.Jagjit Singh on 10 dec,2011. It was promised to me that the connection would happen in four working days. Jagjit singh had confirmed a network strength of 82% on the same day when I had insisted to give a demo.(Although he was refusing to give that Tikona has stopped the policy and the brochure is old).

After, 5 days tikona technical person came to do the installation but refused to do the connection stating that signal strength cannot exceed 22% in this area.

They had promised that the refund would be done before 24 dec 2011, but no refund or communication has been done by tikona.

This whole thing was a fraud from the first day. I don't have the connection, I don't have the refund, and the tikona employee says" aapko jo karna hai karo". I trusted tikona and this are the problems I am facing. I have all the email communications with tikona for reference.

Mr.Jagjit Singh(Mobile No.9519852537) is the person who started this lie from the first day.Please take appropriate actions against Tikona and Jagjit Singh.

I was promised that the money would be back within 15 days. And you are just again making another promise to deliver the amount within next 30 days. This makes the total refund period of more than 45 days. Who will pay the interest amount?
I have already made a consumer forum complaint against Tikona. If I am not refunded my money within next 7 days, I am going for legal law suit as well.
