I am writing this mail due to extremely bad services of Tikona broadband. I don't know how these people work and surviving in the market.

1. First of all their executive take advance installation charges (500/-) without checking the feasibility of connection.
2. After checking the feasibility, they got to know you can't provide the services in desired location, that too after a week and lats of followup.
3. No information given to customer after checking the feasibility, and when i tried calling the team (Sundaram - 9730185566, Chandrakant - 9657060446 and Subodh - 9975181704) then no response, they are not even picking calls.
4. Its almost two months i didn't get my advance money given with application and no information about that.
5. Worst of all i got the bill for the services which Tikona not even provided and asking for money and regularly getting calls for paying bill...
6. When contacted to customer care service number, i got to know that they have no clue about the bill and given me a complaint number.
7. Currently i am having 3 complaint numbers and one TT No. (Which even their executives don't know what it is) and still my money is not refunded and getting calls fro payment.
8. I am having all the e-mail conversation, bill, and other details of the company and can provide it...

Please do let me know what other actions i need to take...
