I have been suffering a lot using the internet connection of Tikona. Most of the time the connectivity is not available and if very rarely it is connected the speed is 108 bytes per sec against their 2Mbps commitment. It is not possible even to download a file of 446 KB.
I have suffered many losses due to non connectivity. I have talked to many people in the customer care eg. Shilpa, Esak, Tushar, Santosh, Mayur, Umakant ....... and many but they even couldn't make me get a reply from the administrative desk. Whenever I write an email they reply with a stereotyped fed format " This has reference to your below mentioned complaint........In case of any further assistance, please call us at 1800 20 94276 (1800 20 WIBRO) or email us at customercare@tikona.in."

As such I am left no other option than to lodge a complaint against the company with the CONSUMER COURT, MUMBAI.
