We had taken Tikona Digital Networks ( TDN WI-BRO) secured wireless broadband service & the details of which are as follows
Billing Account Number( BAN):- 112022358
User Name :- SARUHJA MUGUNATHAN
But we could not use it as it was not working, but on requesting for disconnection, the company has not sent representative to collect their reuter but they keep sending bills through mails and sms'es though they are well aware that we are not using it due to various lines (which can also be checked online). Kindly let us know how to stop this harassment.
