This is with regards to the disconnection request that I had placed on 23rd Nov 2011 with Tikona broadband in Pune, Maharashtra. Till date my request has not been entertained by them. Everytime I call the customercare, i get a reply from them that within 48hrs I will get a call from the disconnection department but nothing happens. I wrote a mail to customercare@tikona.in but that too was of no help. I even escalated by sending mail directly to nodal.maharashtra@tikona.in but still no response.
The interesting part it that now they have send me a bill which is till 15 Jan 2012 although I raised the request for disconnection on 23rd Nov 2011 and have not been using the services since 22nd Nov 2011.
Request you to please help me in this regard. Below are my Tikona broad band details:
