Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is GUBBA PRAVEEN KUMAR, residing at SAHAKAR NAGAR, BANGALORE.
I applied for TIKONA WIRELESS BROADBAND SERVICE on 07/05/10 and handed over a cheque of rupees FIVE HUNDRED (cheque no 901966). The amount has been debited from my account on subsequent days.
On 08/05/10 a representative from TIKONA WIRELESS BROADBAND SERVICES has arrived to my residence for the installation and told me that in my area the signal is weak and the amount will be refunded back to me in aonther two days.
I WANT TO REITERIATE THE FACT THAT THERE WAS NO CONNECTION PROVIDED TO ME.
Since then i have been waiting for the amount till this day but there is no proper responce from their cunstomer service either telephonically or through email.
Since now i have approached them four times telephonically and six times through email.
The reference no of my complaint is 1-523546306.
Before approaching the consumer forum i tried to solve the matter several times but all my efforts were invain.
