I am registered user of Tikona and my registered service ID is 1104257160.
I had used this connection till Oct and post that i had given the request for closure.
When I call Tikona customer care for closure of my connection they don't give me any request number and told me that there senior will come back to me however. I had not received any call from any executive and my Oct - Nov bill is also generated without using the connection.
When I again called the customer care, there executive are very rude and they talk in the sense that we customers are there slaves. I am really irritated with their behaviour and pathetic service which they provide.
I am regularly putting them the mail Since OCT 18 but received a complaint number only on Dec 5.
Post that I received a call from there executive that I can shift the connection to my new house and the bill period in which I am not using the connection will be waived since Ii had already given the request for closure but when I called on customer care they denied to do so and insist me to close the connection due to which again closure of connection went into the loop.
After given the confirmation for closure Tikona they had still not come back with accurate bill to be paid and my connection is still active and they will keep on generating the bills.
Tikona really lag in the service and have worst customer care Even after putting 15 reminder mail for giving me correct bill amount and closure of connection, I had not received a single reply.
Even if you call them they speak very rudely and every time tell that will come back in next 48 hours which never happens.
I consider they must change their ad line
"We are committed to serve you the best and value your association with us. "
There is no commitment towards the service.
I still don't know what amount I am required to pay. I tell their executive that I am ready to pay the amount of Oct-Nov even if I had not used the connection but want the confirmation that my connection will be closed but they are not ready to give the confirmation for that only.
I am sure that tikona seniors are not aware about all such mesh and that's why posting this thread in favour of all the citizen how are harassed due to tiknoa customer care and also hope my problem will be resolved soon.
