I have given a cheque for ZMR2999 plan to Tikona on 7th november 2011, and still even on 3rd december its is unattended. I am consistently calling tikona customer care for the same and have called atleast 3- 4 times but didnt had any response, visited customer care office twice but they always assure that the connection will be done within 2 days. each and every time I am being assured I do wait for 2-3 days as a responsible citizen as every corporate has some method of working, still no response. Finally getting frustrated called up branch manager Mr. Prashant Shah on 2nd december, he assured that he had discussed the issue in conference and by hook or crook he will arrange the connection on 3rd december, still no response.
This is the status of the company that even manager cant mind his words.
know I am damn frustrated and willing to go for legal proceedings. Can anyone suggest how to approach consumer court or I can directly approach through any high court advocate??
