Default Tikona never installed, not refunding installation advance
Tikona Wireless,
Took advance & Documents for installation, technicians were unable to install and said that money will be refunded, 04 months since then, even after numerous complaints registered with their customer care, they have sent me bill now.

i don't know what service ID
but i have a Subscriber Registration Form Receipt
Receipt Number: 192788 dated 14 april 10
and Billing account no 112 145 310 from your the latest bill i have recieved from you.
