I contacted Tikona through one of their wed ad that says “First Demo, Then Pay. Rs. 499/month & 8000 MB”
After few days their Representative Rajesh Kumar Shukla contacted me. I told him to check the actual bandwidth available at my place as I did not want to subscribe without knowing this, to this he said that he was not a technician but technician will visit my place after I fill and give the application form. After filling the application form he says that I have to also give a cheque for Rs.1048/-. This I refused first because had to know the connection speed before I subscribed, then he said a postdated cheque will do, I gave a postdated cheque. My application # 50000016162860.
After few days when the technician did not turn up, I called Tikona customer care and spoke to Naveed he informed me that technician will come only after the payment is received and a customer ID created.
Next day I again called the customer service and spoke to Kunal asked him cancel my application and return my post dated cheque, answer again was we can only cancel the application after the chque is realized and a customer ID is created.
I tried to send e-mail in this regard to customercare@tikona.in, nodal.maharashtra@tikona.in
e-mails to these addresses bounces back, undelivered. Labeled: "----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----".
