In September last year, I had changed my plan to 4 MBps Speed but for some reason the speed did not change & next month when I enquired with Customner Support, they said I am still under 2 MBps plan.
As a matter of fact, during that period, the speed was worst than 1 MB & I have also made several calls to Technical Support but every time the ****yst would give some rubbish answers.

They couldn't figure out what was wrong with my connection & why it was breaking everytime.

In October, I spoke with the Billing Team & asked them to keep me under 2 MBps plan although it never got changed but somehow it is still not done.
This is January, I have been following up with them every month & the ****yst in Billing would say it would change next month & I won't receive extra bill then.

My current outstanding is showing as Rs.2100 inspite of paying bill on time every month.

The point to stress is that Tikona has such a poor Customer Service that even after calling them several times & sending emails they have still not responded & today, I am receiving this message while logging into Tikona which says thet my Account has been disabled.

I have been cheated on bills as well that they have been sending me every month inspite of questioning them & requesting them not to do so.

I request that someone from Consumer Court should question these guys about my situation.
