    Default TIKONA PUNE BroadBand Worst services & customer support.

    I had opted for TIkona 1 month back, and already paid Rs 1200, the internet services are really bad, It does not work most of time during the day.
    THEIR BROADBAND services in PUNE are worst, i have opted for 512 kbps plan however actual speed is not ever 1 KBPS. When opened request to disconnect services on 21st DEC-11, no one has contacted so far. Already mailed & called 1800-20-9427 support multiple times but no one responded. Their agents have bad habit to keep customer on hold forever or drop the call instead.
    I have recorded all the conversation with tikona sales / customer care on my mobile. If services does not work the sales person had promised that amount is refundable. Instead they have kept generating monthly bills & no reply received on mails sent to customercare@tikona.in so far. If required will share mail conversations as well.

    Hi Tikona Services,

    How much time your technical team takes to resolve a small billing related queries?
    I have provided the inputs for you to work on and correct the billing issues.
    What is stopping you from correcting those issues.

    You people are responding immediately for new complaint, and sitting on older ones. If this is how it works i have no issues opening up another new complaint

    Default Complaint Against Broadband Speed

    Complaint Against Broadband Speed: we have opted plan of 4MBPS (1200 Rs Monthly),but we are getting only 400 Kbps speed.

    Complaint ID is 1-2101447721 bu still no response.

    when we call to Agent of Tikona name "Prasant" he is not responding us even cut our phone.

    Please pay attension otherwise we will go in Cusumer Court.

    I have email conversation going on from January 2012 till march 2012. all their replies have standard text . which doesn't make any sense. i have asked them for date and time for their action . but they just reply with standard text. reply i had is from different people of tikona but answer is same
    Shrikant T. , Afreen P, Omkar Puranik, Amit S . Sagar Shelar. Dinesh Kadam these are the people who had replied my emails.

    Hi, Even I am one of the victim of the Tikona, let me know what action are you going to take so that I can also do the same.
