I had opted for TIkona 1 month back, and already paid Rs 1200, the internet services are really bad, It does not work most of time during the day.
THEIR BROADBAND services in PUNE are worst, i have opted for 512 kbps plan however actual speed is not ever 1 KBPS. When opened request to disconnect services on 21st DEC-11, no one has contacted so far. Already mailed & called 1800-20-9427 support multiple times but no one responded. Their agents have bad habit to keep customer on hold forever or drop the call instead.
I have recorded all the conversation with tikona sales / customer care on my mobile. If services does not work the sales person had promised that amount is refundable. Instead they have kept generating monthly bills & no reply received on mails sent to customercare@tikona.in so far. If required will share mail conversations as well.
