This is regarding an order I placed with Tikona for a new connection. When an engineer visited my site and installed the connection, he realized that the signal strength was not good enough to carry on, so he advised that tikona will not going to work in my area.
During demo I paid the required amount of Rs.1267/- for which I would like to get a refund now. I have sent email to customercare@tikona.in and called 1800-209-4276 several times and response I have got in return was "We would like to inform that, after checking with your account status refund is not applicable for this case."
How can refund is not possible when I have never been given Tikona broadband connection..!!!
