Hi,
I am surprised and shocked that Tikona has not able resolved the refund
issue/complaint which was pending from last 15 months. It is shameful to Tikona
finance Dept. for these kind of services.
I am still waiting for my refund from more then 1 year. It means no body is serious
about this disgraceful activity done by Tikona management and finance dept.
I received a mail form your side on 7 Augest 2011 (Trail mail) that the request has
been forwarded to concern dept. for necessary action. But two months have gone, not
received any response from Tikona side.
Poor services from Tikona.

This is for your information and complaint that I, KAWALJIT SINGH having
customer id 1101676663 had taken Tikona internet connection on 12 July
2010 and installation had been cancelled due to unavailability of signal
range from the tower and this was conveyed to Tikona care and given
request for cancellation of connection and refund which I had paid for

higher level also but not getting any response or feed back from your
