    Default Tikona Service

    Hi,



    I opted Tikona’s services on 5th Dec 2011. From that day to today’s date, It hardly working for 2 days. I complained regarding the same on customer care via my registered cell number also but nothing working.


    Today also i talked with one of the representative of the Tikona, and he assured me that he will send an engineer before 12'o noon, but no one came and nothing happened.


    I am very much disappointed and frustrated by opting service of Tikona. Also i am mentally harassed by such services in which i keep on trying to connect to network but every time i go the "Unidentified Network" message.

    Default Pathetic service of Tikona

    Hi,

    Today i called to the nodal officer of the Pune, but he didn't pick the call. His assistant picked the call & tell me that our system is busy so we can not take any of your request. About the nodal officer's availability, she told me once we take any request then only you can talk to him, if he will be free. This is very much pathetic and frustrating. I am fadup of all these.

    I was looking for an ISP to provide me quality services and since there are not a whole lot of service providers in Trichy, so I had only a handful of options as far ISP’s go. One of my friends suggested that I go in for a Tikona broadband connection. I took his advice and bought a Tikona connection, and I am so glad that I listened to my friend and did not go in for the local ISP, because not only did I get quality services but also got free antivirus as an add-on. I am so glad that it saved me from the pain of buying an antivirus. Tikona rocks!
