my contact no is +91- 9241747571. I have not received refund of my installation charges from TIKONA Broadband from past a month and no one is giving me any proper response.

I have mailed it to Nodal Officer & Tribunal too, but they too have not reponded back.

Refund of Rs. 530/- is regarding my installation charges that I have paid for the services which I never received due to no network coverage in my residential area.

I tried following up several times but always just got a fake promise and non-assured commitments from the TIKONA CARE.
