Tikona broadband's agent who serves the Wakdewadi area in shivaji nagar pune has taken Rs 550 from us for installation. Later he tells us that Tikona cannot provide internet to us as our locality is not covered by them. He told us that we would get our 550 back within 15 working days, its been 2 months now. I stll havent received my money. I contacted that person and even his manager, but they simply do not answer. Their names and contact nos. are
