A person named Gatikrishna approached me on 3rd-Nov’11 asking for a Wi-Fi connection @ Rs 1050/-, though it was offered to me by Ortel Communication free of cost despite that I had decided to take Tikona services as some residing in my apartment has suggested me to do so. WHAT A MISTAKE.

This person while on enquiring told me that my installation will be done in 24 hrs from the time he has taken the money and gave me a receipt also despite that the fact that I was constantly asking him how time it will take to activate and for installation and if doesn’t happen within the time mentioned the money will be refunded back in cash.

On 4th-Nov’11, I did not even call once this gentleman for once until evening when the installation did not happen. But at 7:30PM I called this gentleman, I was told that I’ll be getting a user name/password through my registered mobile number which did not happen at all.

On 5th-Nov’11 sometime in the afternoon I got the message but of no use as the previous night t told this gentleman that I want my money back but of now use and of course no response as well.

Then I called Mr. Abhishek Mohapatra the Town Manager, narrated him the entire story, unfortunately this was also of now use. I told him also that I want my refund back.

On 11th-Nov’11 when I called Gatikrishna again about the money, he told me that now he’ll take another week’s time to refund my money back to me which later I the town manager. Post this conversation Town Manager assured me to meet at my residence to sort out the issues and I categorically told him please bring Gatikrishna along with him but unfortunately he did not come and meet me.

It was on 12th-Nov’11 when Mr. Abhishek Mohapatra visited my residence and told me that my installation will be done right now but it’ll not be a Wi-Fi but a normal LAN connection which was never told to me by any of your staff member’s.

I told him then and there only let’s terminate this deal and please refund my money back.

Things to note down:
 Wrong commitment at the time of sale where I was told that I’ll get a Wi-Fi connection but it was only a LAN connection.
 If there was a delay for installation and activation, Gatikrishna should have kept me posted on the progress which did not happen.
 It was me who was chasing people for the update.
 Till now Gatikrishna seems to be absolutely ignorant towards the gravity of the situation where he did not even try to make an attempt to pacify my anger and running away from the situation.

Till now waiting to hear from your esteemed organization but feel CHEATED.
