I received this e-mail and found that the monthly free usage has been increased from 5000 Mbs to 8000 MBs and thats the only reason started using more internet. The monthly bill of Dec' 2011 contains a total usage of 5910 MBs and i was charged Rs109.70 for extra usage of 1097 MBs. I called customer care multiple times for get a credit on the bill but they are not even bothered to help the customer. First time I called they spoke with me for 10-15 mins and said that they need to transfer to other department, I waited for 20 mins and then the same agent replied to me that its along hold and they need to arrange a callback for me. and I never received a callback from Tikona. I called after few days they said that they will call me back and i was still waiting for a call. Today I called Tikona customer at 2.32 pm and spoke with an Agent named- Pravin Kumar. The agent was so rude and helpless and was not even bothered to help. The the agent was asking to send a proof stating that the monthly free usage was increased. I told the agent they see on the website that the plan has changed and the agent was arguing that they cant help. Then I asked the agent to transfer to Cancellation department. I spoke with agent name- Arif Pathan in cancellation team. The agent informed that if you want to get 8000 Mbs free you should have called customer care to upgrade the service. I informed the agent that nobody informed me about that I have to call customer service. By looking at the mail below it seems that its automatically updated. The agent later checked with his supervisor and said that they can only give me a Rs.50 credit the bill. I said that i was charged for Rs.109.70 extra. The agent said that is the only credit that they can give.
Now the only thing I could say is customer care agents are very egoistic and hardly professional. Its better to pay extra to some other service and to get good service.From this worst experience with tikona customer care I could say that the Tikona provides good plans at cheaper price but worst customer care and today they lost one customer because only of bad customer service
