To whom it may concern:

Tikona Wi-Bro wireless services they provide in the name of "cheap and reliable with speed" net connection, is totally fraud in West Delhi area. I have been made one of the fools by them as I have already paid them 2300 rupees for a 4-mbps speed. The situation for the last 20 days is, whenever I need a net connection, their service is down most of the time in the day. And if there is a connection, the speed is about less than 20% which they are providing against the committed speed in my plan.

&&&**Their customer care is even worse than their broadband services******. I have made several complaints regarding the problem with these people, but to no avail.

I am traumatized by them and am thinking of going to consumer court if the things do not improve at my end. They will have to either reimburse my entire payment or correct the problem at no time now.
