This is to kindly inform you that i purchased a new connection of
tikona on 3/12/2011 and paid the amount of Rs.1250 to the sales
representative for activating 549 plan but the plan activated at my
account activation is 449.
I have been calling and registering complaint at the the tikona
customer care and to the sales representative as well but no action
has yet been taken and further i have always been wrongly guided.
I have sent the scanned copy of the receipt of payment to the zonal officer and the customer care but still no referraal has been done ,infact they are asking me to pay amount of 300 again to change plan to 549.
I demand strict actions and renewal of my plan with extended validity
of the lapse period .
