Dear sir
This is to bring into your kind notice I had applied for disconnection of internet service provided byTikona WI-BRO service. I had repeatedly written emails regarding disconnection and settlement of dues but all in vain. In spite of repeated efforts the keeps sending me bills and does not disconnect the service. The email I wrote are mentioned below with all details.
The Forum is kindly requested to take necessary action against the harrassing company.

The above communication is for your kind information .In which I have asked for the discontinuation of the services /stop billing/and settlement of my account.Even though you people have not stopped the billing process and I am receiving the mail regarding the payment of bills for which I've not used.Kindly rectify the same else I take the help Honorable Consumer Court to resolve the issue. I hope you people understand and cooperate me in this matter.
