    Thumbs down Tikona WiBro disconnection & Billing

    Hi

    I am Akash Samuel from Indirapuram Ghaziabad, I installed tikona wibro services May '2010 and on 27 may I called customer care to disconnect my services as I was shifting to new location. Since then they have not disconnected my services and kept on charging me even after not using there services. I have reported the same to Tikona Nodal office but nothing has been done they are still sending me the bill. As this is their mistake and I am the one who is suffering. Also, I have made the payment of my bill for first month so there is no balance from my end.

    Please suggest what needs to be done and any guidence will be highly appreciated.

    i am kumkuma rekha user of tikona I called to customer care to disconnect the net b cozzzz i tokk 3 mnths package on 20 th april i am calling from a wwek nd they are not at all responding its really a worst net first tym i kept the net connection nd they are not responding at all hw do i disconnect my connection plz tell me any solution plzzzz

    To address your concern on service delivery issues,kindly provide Username(10 digit numeric ID) for your Service Account along with your Name and Installation address.

    Default Refund for Username : 1105622287

    Hi,

    I had applied for a Tikona internet connection on Tuesday 31st Jan on a condition that I will get proper network and that the internet will be installed by Wednesday 1st Jan and I gave him 2 cheques (1000/- each) of 2000/- rupees for a TP Link modem and installation & advance rental. After calling almost 30 times to Ajay (mobile # 8860005530) and Deepak (mobile # 9266864659) I called your customer care department (Toll free used # 18002094276) and was promised that by 9:00pm the connection will be installed. A guy came to visit with the required installation products (mobile # 9716120318) and after installing checked and confirmed that there is no network coverage in my area and that there is no way there will be any network even if he lets the instrument installed. I asked him to take back whatever he had got to install the internet.

    Have called almost 10 times to your customer care department and finally someone registered a complaint and gave me a reference number 1-2146654799. I will keep the modem. Hence, do not need the refund for the same.

    Please arrange for a refund for 1000/- rupees as I do not want any internet connection from TIKONA now. I feel cheated by TIKONA !
