8-9 days ago I made the mistake of paying Tikona to get Tikona internet installed on my premises. Even after so many days of realization of payment and sending me the password the Internet was not installed at my location.

Furthermore, when I contacted your representative, he informed me that in your database it shows that Internet has been installed in my premises, even though nobody from your company has showed me their face after taking my money.

I have repeatedly contacted your representatives and have been given promises that 'aaj hoga, kal hoga', and till now nothing has been done. Please note that I was misled by your advertisements that you provide good service.

If you can't install my Internet today, then please refund my money asap failing which I will be forced to take action on this situation. I will begin with writing about this on every online forum and website so that people are better educated about your company's poor service.

You did not reply to the email I sent to your customercare email address, but at least you are replying to a public message. I have only just begun to talk about this issue, and I will certainly continue talking in as many places as I can if you do not install the Internet quickly.

I was promised by your exec Mr. Sonu yesterday that the Internet will be installed the next day (i.e. today) in the morning without fail.
