I am mailing you regarding wrong billing done for past few months.
1. B1-13353619: August 2011. This bill had a wrong entry of Rs 1648 as previous dues. I made a complaint then. But no action was taken on that. I was told to continue paying the actual due amount.
2. B1-17465346: Oct 2011. This bill added a late payment fees of Rs33. However, i paid the due amount on time. Again, i called the support. They mentioned this amount would be waved in the next billing cycle and i should pay only the actual due amount. I asked about the wrong billing which was done before, she told it would be taken care of in next billing.
3. B1-19728448: Nov 2011. This month i again receive a bill with wrong billing amount. This time i got Rs 33 as late payment fees also I used to get a discount of around Rs 20. I didn't get that too.
Moreover, the wrong billing is continuing to from months together now.
Can you please resolve this issues ASAP?
I do not get right response when i call the support to help in resolving the issue.
I even wrote a email to Tikona through there selfcare portal. However, i didnt see that complaint registered in selfcare.
I am fed up with this wrong billing, calling the customer care people & mail through their own site doesn't work.Not sure whats the big deal in solving this issue.
