    I am mailing you regarding wrong billing done for past few months.
    1. B1-13353619: August 2011. This bill had a wrong entry of Rs 1648 as previous dues. I made a complaint then. But no action was taken on that. I was told to continue paying the actual due amount.
    2. B1-17465346: Oct 2011. This bill added a late payment fees of Rs33. However, i paid the due amount on time. Again, i called the support. They mentioned this amount would be waved in the next billing cycle and i should pay only the actual due amount. I asked about the wrong billing which was done before, she told it would be taken care of in next billing.
    3. B1-19728448: Nov 2011. This month i again receive a bill with wrong billing amount. This time i got Rs 33 as late payment fees also I used to get a discount of around Rs 20. I didn't get that too.

    Moreover, the wrong billing is continuing to from months together now.
    Can you please resolve this issues ASAP?
    I do not get right response when i call the support to help in resolving the issue.
    I even wrote a email to Tikona through there selfcare portal. However, i didnt see that complaint registered in selfcare.
    I am fed up with this wrong billing, calling the customer care people & mail through their own site doesn't work.Not sure whats the big deal in solving this issue.

    We are grateful that your service request was brought to our attention and we appreciate your perseverance in settling this matter. Our Billing team has gone through the details With reference to your complaint of incorrect billing, the outstanding is Rs 946.82 calculation is as follow,
    Below are your Tikona bills and payment made by you,
    1) 03 May to 14 May --- bill was Rs 837.84 ---- payment done was Rs 1267

    2) 15 May to 14 Jun --- bill was Rs 842.26 ---- payment done was Rs 337

    3) 15 Jun to 14 July --- bill was Rs 881.30 ---- payment done was Rs 75

    4) 15 July to 14 Aug --- bill was Rs 859.80 ---- payment done was Rs 881

    5) 15 Aug to 14 Sep --- bill was Rs 859.80 ---- payment done was Rs 859.57

    6) 15 Sep to 14 Oct --- bill was Rs 892.34 ---- payment done was Rs 859.80

    7) 15 Oct to 14 Nov --- bill was Rs 914.49 ---- payment done was Rs 860

    Hence total Bill was Rs 6084 and total payment done is Rs 5138 hence Rs946 is remaining.

    Angry Device setup not done for the past two weeks

    Worst Customer Serivce been provided by Tikona group.

    I have got a new connection from Tikona and once I registered in their portal they sent a sales guy immediately and that person collected the money two weeks back and no one turned around to install the device yet.

    I have paid Rs.1100/- to the M.Ravichandran(Mobile no - 98844 77737) and that has promised me that setup will be done on the next day but till date no one turned.

    A worst service is been provided by this Tikona group.Now that guy is not picking my calls even.

    Also when I try to reach customer service executive they are unable to provide the date when they will fix it.

    Really disppointed with the service and lost the money...

    Thanks for the response. I appreciate the fast response. I would also like to state that Service wise I am really happy with Tikona Broadband. I get the speed what is promised and that too uninterrupted, which makes me feel why other Tikona customers are facing so many issues w.r.t speed and connectivity.

    Anyways, continuing on my billing complaint I am happy that you have come with you billing facts, for which i can provide proof of wrong billing. I would also be happy to clear off any unpaid dues (if any) to continue using good service.

    Please find my response to the billing details you have presented:

    [Avinash]: Right. Deposit and payment of Rs 1267 was made. So, I had Rs 429 in credit (1267-837.84)

    2) 15 May to 14 Jun --- bill was Rs 842.26 ---- payment done was Rs 337
    [Avinash]: Payment 337 made + 429 of credit: 766
    Remaining payment of 75 was made 01/07/2011
    Bill due date was 03/07/11.

    3) 15 Jun to 14 July --- bill was Rs 881.30 ---- payment done was Rs 75
    [Avinash]: payment of 881 was done on 28/07
    due date for the above bill was 02/08

    4) 15 July to 14 Aug --- bill was Rs 859.80 ---- payment done was Rs 881
    [Avinash]: Payment of 859.57 done on 30/08
    Bill due date 02/09

    5) 15 Aug to 14 Sep --- bill was Rs 859.80 ---- payment done was Rs 859.57
    [Avinash]: Payment of 859.80 done on 01/10 (Please see payment was done before the due date)

    [Avinash]: Payment of Rs 860 made on 30/11.(Again i saw a late payment fees was added in my bill. As you can see the previous payment was paid well before the due date)

    Now, to add a few more points
    1. For the points 6 and 7 above i have been charged late payment fees. As it is wrong it should be reverted back.
    2. From June bill onwards (bill number: B1-9723943) the bill shows the previous dues Rs 842. Which is wrong. If you see the current bill for Nov(B1-19728448), it is still shows previous bill dues. Again which is incorrect.
    Please make sure the bill generated are right and does not have previous bills details.
    3. I was getting a credit adjustment of Rs20 till October bill and in Nov bill, this credit is not allocated to me. Why is this so??

    Please let me know if this clarifies the wrong billing at your end and let me know if any further clarification is required.
    If not, please make sure the billing is corrected.

    Looks like this complaint and forum doesn't budge Tikona a bit. apart from posting in this forum, I have been trying to talk with the support. Mostly i am not able to speak with any CC people, One in a million attempt if i get to contact a customer care folk, they say "they understand the billing issue and a supervisor will call in an hours time".
    No surprises, no one calls.

    I am really tired of this wrong billing by Tikona. At the same time i am happy that the BB works very smooth without issues!

    Not sure what takes them to correct these small issues in the bill.

    Default Tikona - A pain in the neck for customers

    Hi,

    I had a tikona connection uid: 1103710579. Last month I relocated to a new address and wanted to shift my tikona connection.
    But even after providing all the necessary proof related documents and waiting for more than a week, the relocation didn't happen. Every time I called they kept saying we haven't received the documents whereas I have mail proof of sending the document and getting a response back from customer care too.

    After getting the worst customer service and getting betrayed by them, I decided to disconnect the service and go for a different internet provider. I called them up and requested for disconnection. THen they started giving false promises that it will be done today for 3 days..

    After being completely fed up I registered a request for disconnection. I sent a mail also and registered the request on phone also. They said they will come and collect the modem and other stuff within 7-10 days.

    THen I got no calls or responses from them. After 9 days when I call them they said he will come today. Same answer on 10th and 11th day too... But still noone has come...

    They are the biggest looters and cheaters in the broadband world..

    Default Fraud Billing even after disconnection

    Hi,

    My Tikona consumer Id is: 1103710579
    I had requested for a disconnection of my service on 7th Jan 2012 both via mail and calling their customer service. For the mail request I didn't get any response for a long time. So I started following up on calls to their customer service.
    I kept on getting false promises on the disconnection dates and they kept on dragging the disconnection. Noone ever came to collect the modem and noone ever called back also even after registering 4-5 requests for callback from the supervisor.

    In the mean time the bill for Dec-Jan came and I paid it before due time even if I had used the connection only for half the time. After much follow up, requests, arguments and fights finally the modem was collected on 4th Feb 2012 and during the whole period I was promised by the customer service team that since I have already registered a request for Disconnection I won't be charged any further.

    But yesterday I received one more bill for the month of Jan-Feb 2012. I called up the service center and they said that my account is still active. I read up on the forums and found out that this has happened to lots of customers and Tikona keeps looting money even after you disconnect in one or other pretext.

    I have dutifully requested for disconnection, and have not even touched the modem after 31st Dec 2011. Even the modem was not even powered up once from 31st Dec.

    The delay of the entire disconnection was caused by your department and now I am being charged for that delay.

    I have all the required proofs of mails sent for disconnection and even if you can bring out the call records of my calls to the service center you will realize how much issues I have had to go through for last 2 months and what I am saying is completely true.

    I would never suggest anyone I know in the entire IT industry to get a Tikona connection and will make sure that the word spreads around and noone who I remotely know gets a Tikona connection ever.

    Hi Tikona Services,

    I had a recent communication with Tikona CC (last couple of months 3 times with 3 different CC executives). And as expected, none of the calls were fruitful. They all either mentioned that they have understood my issue and will work to rectify issue OR their database is not accessible and they will give me a call in hours time (which never comes) or let me connect to the concerned person, in couple of minutes wait and the call cuts... Or some other assurance, with no action!!

    Today i sent a email to "s.nair@tikona.in",
    Mr. Sunil Nair
    Designation - Head - Customer Service Quality
    2nd Floor, 'Corpora', L.B.S. Marg,
    Bhandup (West),
    Mumbai - 400 078.
    Fax no: 022 - 4183 0111

    But the mail bounced back with a mailer daemon .
