Hi ,

I had made a payment of Rs4301 for new connection on 16Dec2011.
But till date no installation was done.On contacting customer care I was told that their was a duplicacy with your detail.
So I told them yah their was an old connection with my detail, for which I called customer care and made a request to change the detail and transfer it to my Friends name.And he replied to me OK it would be done.
Despite calling them nobody does the change & I visited Customer Care Office in BHANDUP mumbai to notify this and after that also it took a week to make the change.And on the same day I was assured that your new connection will also be installed to your new place.But still no connection.

GOD KNOWS what happened to them.
Now thinking of LOdging a police complaint for doing fordery of Rs4301.
