Please refund my installation charges. its been over a year i did not get the connection or the refund. If you guys dont issued the refund then i have to go the lawyer. I have called to people more than 200 times and the customer service sucks, i did not get any help. Do something about my refund or i have to file a complaint against you. I do not have a user ID also. you guys are ...... dont know what to say.

NOTE : You did not give the internet connection in the first place and it has been more than a year that i am requesting for a refund.
