The worst possible experience in my life is with Tikona people.

I applied for ZMR2999 plan on 7th nov, and got connection established after hell lot of fighting and intervention by concumercourt forum on 13th dec.

15th dec connection failed saying that have to pay outstanding amount rs.12.57 then only connection will start- what about Rs. 3308 I have already paid?
I called customercare people just not responding, finally called manager Mr. Prashant Shah, he paid Rs. 50 in my acc. and connections started on 17th dec.

27th dec once again the same story and connection failed, directly called Mr. Prashant Shah, he told will get it done..... nothing has happened till 1st jan. once again I called him, he says will let u know within 2 hrs, u try to talk to customercare. people doesnt understand the problem and says they will make their seniors to call back within 2hrs as they were busy at that time, after 4 hrs I am calling still same, once again I called back after 30 mins of conversation he says will definitely get back to u within 2 hrs and a day has passed. Trying to call up that irresponsible manager, not picking up the phone, not responding.

Now I am damn frustrated not willing to continue this connection anymore.
Instead of use it is more of frustration and headache and mental torture.

Would like to request to disconnect the connection and refund my money as hardly i have used. More then the hrs I have used internet, I have spend time to talk to customercare.
Please do the needful.
