Sir/Madam, I am Naveen Rathore, I had taken a connection of Virgin mobile data card from Vijay Store's at Lajpat Nagar. The issue of making complaint is, first they people had made me a false commitment then after getting suffered, i had told Virgin guy to disconnect my data card.

Virgin people made me a bill of rs.2462 (which has been paid )and given me assurance to disconnection of virgin mobile data card on 30th of june with the Wrong Date of Receving the payment, that is another cheating with me. Now Virgin Mobile genrating bill of that device which had to be disconnected almost 15 days back.

The wrong receving date of payment by Virgin people is 30 july 2010
