dear team ,
i have purchased a vodafon net cruise on 8 dec 2011 ,having ph no :8459543340 ,& company commited a speed of 3.2 mbps up to 4 gb ,but i did not get speed of more than 20 kbps from begging .i have already sent u the previous complaint but i did't get any solution from your side.
pls let me ensure whether consumer court will help me or i am just wasting my time here .
now the members of vodafon store are neglecting to refund the device and from last 40 days the only says that ur problem will be solved tomorrow but no results came yet .
and now they are saying that we did't commit a speed of 3.2 mbps according to them its speeed will be 100 kbps ,& even i m not getting 100 kbps .
sir i have forwarded this request with my believe that you will definately solve my problem ,& sir pls take this complain as itis your own child or relative complain .
sir i want my whole amount remburse as soon as possible
